Good Faith Estimate

Therapy is an investment of your time and money. I value transparency in both the services I provide and the costs associated with providing those services. I am a fee-for-service practice, also termed an out-of-network provider (private pay).  I fully comply with the 2022 federal No Surprises Act.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, all healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their Federal rights and protections against surprise billing.

If you request, I will to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the estimate cost of services associated with seeking my professional services. As you might imagine, it can be difficult to determine the true length of treatment for mental health care, and each client has a right to decide how long they would like to participate in mental health care, or if they would like to terminate services at any time. Therefore, once you book an appointment, you will find a fee schedule for the services typically offered by your therapist.  We will collaborate with you on a regular basis to determine how many sessions you may need based on your individual goals.

Keep in mind, that you can choose to get care from a provider or facility in your health plan’s network, which may cost you less.  It is my goal to provide you high quality services, with full transparency of costs.

If you choose to seek treatment from our office, we will provide you the fee per session in writing and ask you to sign a form agreeing to those fees before your appointment.
